#GuildChat for 12/04/15: Setting A Learning Strategy
Our next #GuildChat takes place Friday, December 4 at 11am PT / 2pm ET. Our topic for this week’s chat is Setting a Learning Strategy.
Even setting a strategy takes both strategy and tactics. And a learning strategy, be it personal or for an organization, can take many forms due to unique needs and context. Regardless, a strategy is deemed to be critical for ultimate success as the draw to new ideas and approaches can be great, sometimes they alter the strategy other times they can distract.
What then does a successful strategy look like? What does it take to deploy and maintain the desired direction? How do you know when a learning strategy is successful, what are those measures?
In this week’s #GuildChat we turn to the community to share their understanding and experiences with personal and professional learning strategies. Join us to gain a deeper understanding of strategy from the perspective of the learning professional.
