Nobody question the importance of experience in learning. The idea of being there, immersed in a rich environment with authentic feedback is a powerful opportunity to learn from. Each day most of us have this opportunity in our work and the experience enriches us even in small ways

Technology of course is altering our understanding of what an experience can be. We can be immersed in a virtual reality simulation or augment our real world visuals with data and information using AR. We also have seamless ways to get resources and information right at the point of work within the tools of our work making the experience of work better for our organizations and better for our growth.

Join us this week as the community discusses Experiential Learning, its value, limitations, opportunities for L&D and the technology that continues to enhance.
