Our next #GuildChat takes place Friday, January 12 at 11am PT / 2pm ET. Our topic for this week’s chat is on Strategy in Learning.GuildChat_Logo

Does your organization support a specific learning strategy? Do you hold true to a personal one?

Learning Strategy like any strategy can be a big undertaking and it’s formation can look quite different depending on the size of the effort. Today there is debate about the flexibility or even the necessity of strategy in the face of rapidly changing ideas, work forces and technology.

This week we look closer at how organizational and personal strategy develop, who should be involved, and when is it’s time to make a change.

If you have a learning strategy, have been a part of developing one or are simply impacted by them – join us this Friday on #GuildChat!
