Any learning professional can appreciate having to work under time and financial constraints, be that individual a part of an L&D team or an independent consultant or designer. Financial constraints in particular can keep you from adopting the latest and greatest technology, attending an exciting professional development event or hiring that just right talent to meet a voice over need.2015-01-09_11-14-16

Yet limited budgets can also be beneficial. It’s been said that true creativity happens in a box and limitations can force us to come up with solutions using free or inexpensive resources or finding new ways to make magic from what we already have available.
