#GuildChat returns to Twitter this Friday, June 26 starting at 11am PT / 2pm ET. Our topic is Taking Content From Dull to Delightful.

Many of us have been there before: you’ve been asked to create some sort of learning experience or support, but the content you’re working with is so dull it puts even you to sleep. But we’ve also seen examples out there where people have taken topics we typically think of as boring and have managed to make them captivating instead. Yes… even for dreaded compliance training!

This week we’re talking about how to make that journey from sleep-inducing to making people want more. We’ll share thoughts and ideas for how to rework the content, restructure things around it, and get people on board with a new approach.
