Work-life balance has always been a desirable goal but is separating our work from other life interests best for both worlds? Is there a different arrangement where both “worlds” benefit?

Our lives, interests and hobbies don’t just automatically shut off when we begin our work days. Especially today when we have technology that can instantly connect us to to the people and content important to us in non-work related areas. And honestly, many of us have been merging the two for years – unconsciously.

With our work bleeding into our lives and our lives bleeding into our work, how can we better embrace this new relationship for the betterment of both? Join us this week to chat about how our outside interests (hobbies, play, reading and engagements) can be brought to work in ways that benefit our work and vice-versa.
