Onboarding new employees can take many forms and a variety of approaches. Context is always an important consideration as well as need and speed. The goal ultimately for both employee and organization is to get to productivity as quickly as possible.

In this week’s #GuildChat we’ll explore approaches to onboarding and the role technology and design play in effective development. Additionally, we’ll discuss evaluation measures and how to and where to make changes when the businesses changes.
