We’ve heard it all before… you can’t really win until you lose and failure is the best teacher or my personal favorites where really successful people tell how they “failed” 100’s of times before they made it big!

Failure is frustrating and can be demotivating for many. Especially if the investment is large. And yet we all know that within those dark clouds of failure are silver linings of learning. How we find them, understand them and use them to our benefit seems to be the key to growth and success.

In this week’s GuildChat we’ll ponder our biggest failures and discuss what we learned from them. More importantly we will work to uncover why we were able to learn from them and how people can move beyond the emotional baggage of failure to ultimately achieve success.
