#GuildChat for 10/14/16: Learning in Our Work

Our next #GuildChat takes place Friday, October 14th at 11AM PT/2PM ET. This week we’re discussing learning in our work

There are many ways to look at workflow learning. From a formal learning vantage point it would appear to be about bringing learning content closer to the point of work. Some examples can include performance support and micro-learning. Another side of it is the learning we gain from doing our work, the informal learning through ah-ha moments and repetition leads to greater understanding. Reflection on the tasks as they complete as well as conversations with others helps build deeper understanding.
