The idea of getting just what you need, just at the time you need it is the promise of personalized learning. It’s the tailoring of learning content to the unique needs of the learner.

Ruth Kustoff and Kasper Spiro asked “Are You Ready to Deliver Personalized Learning?” in this Learning Solutions Magazine article in 2014 and it stands the brief test of time. We encourage you to read over this piece as it will help you understand the idea of personalized learning in organizations as well as the role of learning professions and technology in helping make it more of a reality.

In addition to examining how we as learning professionals help design and deliver personalized content, #GuildChat will also explore the role of the individual in the process; their skills and responsibilities.

Join the community this Friday and expand your understanding about personalized learning.
