Bots and in particular Chatbots in our social tools are of growing interest . Many of us have engaged with Chatbots as they serve to surface up information instantly “where we are” and in a manner we are extremely comfortable with – conversation.

As Chatbots continue to infiltrate our online tools and conversations what will be and what can be their impact on learning and development? Where are the most appropriate and least? And what changes might they bring about to how we work and how we can learn in our work?

We will explore these questions and more as GuildChat welcomes Jamie Good (@JGoodDFC) to this week’s conversation. Jamie has been exploring the potential of Chatbots in our networks and has become certified in their development. Jamie is a digital and social media specialist with a background in adult learning and development. He currently practices as a Learning Technology Integrator and Digital Fluency Coach, speaking and delivering workshops across North America to help professionals and organizations connect digital to their ongoing success.
