We continue our summer themed chat’s this week with a look at the traditional summer vacation.  Each year millions look to summer as a time to break away and break free from the everyday but always knowing that good things will come to an end.

This week we explore vacations and their impact on our work (good and bad). Join in with the community to discuss how to maximize vacation time as a way to recharge and rethink how we approach our L&D efforts.  We’ll also look at the potential dark side of vacations as we seek ways to combat the often slow start we experience when returning to our day-to-day.

So pull up a chair, dig your feet into the sand, and come ponder the impact of summer vacation with your peers!
