The holidays are full of exchanges. Regardless of your beliefs you will no doubt encounter events such as cookie sharing, holiday parties and time away with family and/or friends. These opportunities give #GuildChat a chance to look at the giving and receiving through the lens of the learning professional.

Be it new ideas, skills, tools and technology, the learning professional both gives and receives. How these exchanges take place, where and with whom is equally as important as the “gifts” themselves. In this week’s #GuildChat we’ll look at the giving and receiving that takes place between learning professionals, learners, executives, and peers alike.
