Leadership in organizations can be defined in many ways within our organization. For many, it’s about executives and managers. For others, it’s found in those who have a great deal of respect in the area of expertise but may not have the political positioning. Regardless, leadership impacts the work L&D does from influencing what is needed to how well it’s supported and how it is evaluated.

Join us this week as we discuss the relationship of organizational leadership to organizational learning and the work of L&D. Prepare to share your insights and learn from your peers on what they have encountered and the impact leadership has had (pos or neg) on their work.
