#GuildChat for 01/03/20: Looking Forward and Looking Back

Our next #GuildChat takes place Friday, January 3rd at 11am PT / 2pm ET. This week’s chat is on Looking forward to 2020 and back on 2019.

The change to a new decade is just a flip of the calendar but for many it’s a new start, one that we take on with great excitement or apprehension but either way one that has its roots in the previous one.

In this week’s #GuildChat we’re looking forward to what we, as individuals and L&D industry aim to accomplish in 2020 and how we plan to get there. We will also look back on what’s been accomplished and how we can continue to build upon or learn from the past.

Join us this week as we both reflect on what’s we’ve done, need to do, and project about what’s to come and how we best lead and prepare for the new roaring 20s!
