#GuildChat for 5/03/19: Learning in Context

Our next #GuildChat takes place Friday, May 3rd at 11am PT / 2pm ET. Our topic for this week’s chat is Learning in Context.

We’ve come to understand that our environment plays a significant role in learning. The conditions one will be in when they execute a new skill or behavior can go a long way to trigger recall and influence how well we learn. For training, when we don’t have the actual environment to work with we can try to recreate these in analog or digital forms (VR). Additionally, access to frictionless support in the moment and in context cannot only aid in execution but help strengthen learning over time.
