Tracy Parish suggested we talk about how to shift people’s perspectives on where learning happens and how organizations can help support greater knowledge sharing in and at work.

Join us this week as we step outside the formal learning and explore the barriers to knowledge sharing, the obvious and little known benefits of connection as well as the tools and processes to help people share ideas and answers with their work peers.
