More and more organizations are adding in policies meant to increase accessibility. But as people who use these features can tell you, there’s sometimes a big gap between meeting the basic requirements of an accessibility policy and creating an accessible experience that actually meets the real needs of your audience.

In this week’s #GuildChat we’ll be looking at practical ways to build in effective accessibility to the work we do in L&D. We’ll discuss what kinds of accessibility features we can build into eLearning and performance support, share tips for designing and testing accessible functionality, and even contemplate what the rise in AR and VR technology will mean for continuing to support accessibility. Meaningful accessibility doesn’t have to be an expensive nice-to-have – it can be a part of every experience we create.
