#GuildChat for 10/20/17: Managing a Learning Solution Project

Our next #GuildChat takes place Friday, October 20th at 11am PT / 2pm ET. Our topic for this week’s chat is Managing a Learning Solution Project.GuildChat_Logo

Some level of project management exists in all types and sizes of formal learning interventions and approaches. Today Agile is seen as the darling, ADDIE has become the punchline and now some are inviting Lean practices and Six Sigma into their planning processes.

How is project management for a learning solution similar or different than that in other areas when learning itself is so fluid and information is changing constantly? What techniques and technologies are being leveraged and how much should a learning professional know and be able to do?

Join us this week as we explore the project management process and how it is leveraged in L&D.
