#GuildChat for 12/04/15: Setting A Learning Strategy

Our next #GuildChat takes place Friday, December 4 at 11am PT / 2pm ET. Our topic for this week’s chat is Setting a Learning Strategy.

Even setting a strategy takes both strategy and tactics. And a learning strategy, be it personal or for an organization, can take many forms due to unique needs and context. Regardless, a strategy is deemed to be critical for ultimate success as the draw to new ideas and approaches can be great, sometimes they alter the strategy other times they can distract.GuildChat_Logo

What then does a successful strategy look like? What does it take to deploy and maintain the desired direction? How do you know when a learning strategy is successful, what are those measures?

In this week’s #GuildChat we turn to the community to share their understanding and experiences with personal and professional learning strategies. Join us to gain a deeper understanding of strategy from the perspective of the learning professional.
