It may seem strange for me to be recommending an article about Playboy in a list of curated content about elearning, but I urge you to look past the headline and read this article. To quote the author, “This isn’t a story about nudity; it’s a story about disruption and innovation.” This is a great example of an organization innovating itself to stay relevant in changing times. More importantly, the author paints the business case for disruption and innovation very well. Lots of lessons here. -David Kelly

We often talk about disruptive technology in the context of high-tech, or the workplace. This article explores the possibility that the most disruptive technologies of the last century exist in the home. It’s a great read and one that provides some interesting side-insights. Look at the data used to show the disruption. Consider how technology has completely eliminated tasks that were once required learning for the masses. -David Kelly
