#GuildChat for 09/25/15: eLearning Development Costs

Our next #GuildChat takes place Friday, September 25 at 11am PT / 2pm ET. Our topic for this week’s chat is eLearning Development Costs.

The definition of eLearning is expanding as just about anything we engage in online to improve our performance or provide insight can be elearning.  For this conversation however we will be looking at the costs surrounding formal elearning such as modules, courses, video and other deliverables by learning professionals.2015-01-09_11-14-16

As the elearning development space expands to include new tools and processes budgets may also have to expand to accommodate for new innovations. Change in process and ever advancing technology needs demand for us to evaluate numerous aspects of elearning development such as tools, talent and time.

In this week’s #GuildChat we look to discuss the fixed costs, flexible costs, innovative ideas to maintain quality and effectiveness and other approaches to developing quality elearning efficiently.
